Job Summary:

Super Micro Computer is looking for Quality Specialist who is energetic and detail-oriented to support our fast growing organization. This position will be responsible for implementing and revising the internal manufacturing processes, consolidating the feedback from customers and internal failure analysis and translate into constructive improvement plan. In addition, he/she must have in-depth knowledge and understanding of ISO and customers compliance as well as internal process and procedure, further provide improvement plans based on these compliance. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skill and ability to work with cross-functional teams for improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

•  Support team members (IPQC, IQC) to reach internal target and goal
•  Monitor, review and control of manufacturing process
•  Collect necessary process yield on product, both of NPI and of production during their respective  transformation
•  Compile data to generate DFM feedback report to our design team and assist product desig  improvement.
•  Assist root cause and failure analysis to generate quality improvement initiatives on their CM process
•  Working with purchasing and related departments to solve the materials quality issues or support part qualification confirmation through the CM process
•  Provide feedback and drive supplier management and improvement
•  Coordinate with production team to improve incoming yield
•  Collaborate with engineering for component quality control or special testing, inspection or experiments

Qualifications:

• 2+ year quality control and inspection experience in electronic or computer company
• Understand or knowledgeable of quality control or QC inspection
• Proactive, flexible, good communication skills, highly acceptable to change, and ability to work independently
• Understanding of electronic or computer component
