Warehouse Supervisor

Supermicro has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our warehouse. This position will oversee the daily processes of the warehouse and may be assigned to one or more areas of focus. As Warehouse Supervisor, you must be a leader with excellent communication skills, drive, and performance quality standards. This position will be located in the EMEA headquarters in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands.

- Arrange/schedule with any carrier for pick up goods to customer

- House carrier cooperate dealing

- Arrange teams work load

- Communicate shipment deal with sales/customer's forwarder/customer

- Optimize the working steps in order for working process smoothly and prevent mistakes

- Consignment shipping quote issues

- Assist/back up team member if any needed

- Adhere to company warehouse policies and procedures and WIP

- Observe safety and security procedures

- Meet productivity standards, including completing work in a timely manner for team's KPI

- Completed additional duties which may be assigned by management

- Certainty to follow up the company rule and management instruction

- Autonomous support other group in warehouse

- Relative warehouse ISO engaged

- Regular overtime required when needed

• Proven leadership experience

• Any supply chain or warehouse background

• Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of computer skills, MS Office a preferred

• Will be plus if system knowledge with SAP

• Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness

• Deal with stress

• Well to cross departmental communication
