Job Summary:

The Sales Director is responsible for Developing top 150 enterprise account and driving the overall go-to-market strategy of Supermicro. This includes building plans and programs that will drive business in new markets and new customer segments that leverage our channels and existing and emerging strategic partnerships. The role will be involved in all aspects of building the strategies and executing to generate revenue. This individual must be very strong at working cross-functionally at all levels of the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

• Focus and develop Enterprise accounts in the assigned region

• Approaching companies in government agencies, universities, top 500 public companies

• Identify and develop new accounts, create target lists for vertical markets

• Initiate outbound calls direct and indirect to potential customers

• Successfully manage, overcome objections, and create superior customer service relationship

• Qualify opportunities; create target list for vertical market

• Develop relationship with strong communications regarding product and marketing information

• Monitor inventory, negotiate price, enter and monitor orders, facilitate credit issues and negotiate returns


  • Bachelor’s degree and MBA preferred
  • Minimum 15+ years experience in a server sales environment preferred
  • Turkish is MUST and the English language is needed. 
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time or as needed
