Job Summary:

Supermicro is a global leader in server and IT hardware. We are currently looking for an Account Sales to join the team based in London, UK, and support the sales operation throughout EMEA. You will be responsible for maintaining the quality, efficiency, and integrity of Supermicro's sales process through various means by working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and Programs. Candidates should have an understanding of computer hardware and be keen to work in a fast-paced sales environment. Attention to detail is a must and a can-do attitude is essential. Applicants should be willing and able to travel internationally for either training, events, or other business activities. The role is primarily office-based.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

•   Support the sales operation to ensure excellent customer experience and generate revenue

•   Find, develop and manage multiple key accounts

•   Work with multiple customers and Account Managers across EMEA

•   Manage the full sales cycles including orders to ensure a smooth operation

•   Work with customers and sales to submit accurate internal forecasts

•   Follow up with internal departments and individuals to ensure order lead times are met

•   Be able to deal with complex inquiries and sales leads promptly

•   Help to achieve sales targets and growth

•   Understand, articulate, and sell product and service technical proposals;

•   Provide Strategic Reviews (Internal and External)


•    Bachelor’s degree in IT related field or Business Administration preferred
•    Candidate should have more than 2 years experience in a sales/admin related role
•    Attention to details and a consistently high quality of work is critical
•    Have a can-do attitude and be self-motivated with the ability to resolve problems and create solutions
•    Initiative and skills in developing, growing and converting business leads and opportunities
•    Strong team player
•    Prior experience selling technology into corporate accounts
•    Excellent time management skills
•    Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks
•    Professionalism combined with a passion for creativity
•    Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory
•    Additional languages highly desirable: French, German, Spanish, Italian, Arabic
