Job Summary:

Supermicro Computer is looking for a Sales Account Manager who has experience with selling technical solutions and developing business. The ideal candidate must also have a proven track record in winning enterprise level relationships and consistently achieving and exceeding assigned sales quotas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•    Develop and execute strategic plans to expand customer base and deliver incremental revenue
•    Understand and communicate Supermicro’s value proposition via presentations to strategic partners & customers.
•    Maintain high-level relationships within current accounts & create and maintain new relationships in new strategic accounts 
•    Work with multiple teams within the organization to execute on high level tenders / quotations & deployments 
•    Working with customers and internal admins to submit accurate internal forecasts
•    Following up with internal departments and individuals to ensure order lead times are met
•    Be able to deal with complex enquiries and sales leads promptly
•    Helping to achieve sales targets and growth
•    Understanding, articulating, and selling product and service technical proposals.
•    Providing Strategic Reviews (Internal and External)

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in IT related field or Business Administration preferred
•    Candidate should have ~2+ years experience in a sales
•    Attention to details and a consistently high quality of work is critical
•    Have a can-do attitude and be self-motivated with the ability to resolve problems and create solutions
•    Initiative and skills in developing, growing and converting business leads and opportunities
•    Strong team player
•    Prior experience selling technology into corporate accounts
•    Excellent time management skills
•    Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks
•    Professionalism combined with a passion for creativity
•    Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory
•    Additional languages highly desirable: French, German, Spanish, Italian, Arabic
