Job Summary:

Supermicro is currently seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager who has experience with selling technical solutions and developing business. Senior Sales Account Manager will also be responsible for maintaining the quality, efficiency, and integrity of Supermicro's sales process through various means of marketing activities and working with cross functional teams including Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and Programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
• Develop end user projects, new partner relationships
• Recruit partners from Lenovo´s channel 
• Open direct accounts or route deals through the channel
• Able to drive projects to success throughout the complete sales cycle
• Achieve high customer satisfaction  
• Develop relationship with Supermicro technology partners when needed 
• Must have the ability to work from a remote home office


• College degree or equivalent work experience required
• Strong sales skills (will do local background check)
• At least 3-5 years of sales experience and large deals management
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding assigned jobs
• Flexibility in work schedule (to work with US in the evening) is a must 
• Must be a self-starter with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and eager to grow with the company
