Job Summary:

Supermicro is currently seeking an HR Administrator who is energetic and detail-oriented to support our fast growing organization. This position provides administrative support to the HR functions and requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing new hire setup, terminations, status change, tax changes, direct deposits, deductions, and any other functions as needed.
  • Handle LOA employees calculation and deductions.
  • Complete verification of employment for current and former employees.
  • Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR tasks.
  • Prepare new employee’s electronic files for payroll.
  • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Minimum 2 yrs work experience in HR.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including word, excel & outlook email/calendar system.
  • Working knowledge of  ADP WFN, Success Factors & Kronos is a plus.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential material.
  • Attention to detail in working with numbers, and the ability to proofread reports and materials.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
