Job Summary:

Supermicro is looking for experienced Senior Application Engineer who has in-depth knowledge in computer/server architecture. You will be responsible in providing technical supports to our enterprise customers, promote internal networking products to provide optimize customer's networking solution. The ideal candidate must have technical background in networking server product as well as exceptional communication skill -- ability to interface with all level of management staffs in professional manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
• Work on server & network device product line

• Work directly with customers to resolve technical issues including motherboard, server systems, PC systems and computer. Provide guide & advice to on-site team to debug customer issues.

• Work with various internal teams, R&D HW, SW, production to resolve technical issues
• Identify technical issues and resolve computer hardware & application related issues
• Provide service to effectively resolve customer concerns and issues
• Continually develop knowledge base of current and new products

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or IT, with experience in computer systems and/or servers
• Strong organizational and well-developed social skills
• Strong communication skill in both verbal and written
• Knowledge of Server/Workstation Networking products

• Candidates with CCNA will have added advantage

Salary Range

$116,000 - $146,000 

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
