Job Summary:

Under the direction of Consolidation Manager, the Sr. Financial Reporting Analyst will be responsible for performing aspects of monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting close process, the SEC reporting process and assist in SAP implementation. This individual will develop, maintain, and improve a wide range of analysis and reporting that critically impact day-to-day operations and business decision-making. So we expect you to amaze us with your solid knowledge of financial reporting analyst background.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


• Prepare month-end/quarter-end journal entries related to certain accounting areas including marketing co-op entries and inter-company related entries

• Prepare monthly account analysis for certain balance sheet accounts and PandL accounts

• Review inter-company reconciliation of subsidiary company

• Assist in preparing monthly consolidated financial statements based on US GAAP

• Provide requisite schedules/reports for quarterly reviews/annual audits with external auditors and for press releases relating to quarterly and annual earnings

• Assist the team in preparing various footnotes schedules for quarterly 10-Q and annual 10-K reports filed with the SEC

• Assist in quarterly review and annual audit with external and internal auditors

• Assist with various ad-hoc reporting or financial related projects including government census

• Assist in SAP implementation

Qualifications:


• BA/BS in Accounting or related fields preferred 

• Strong GAAP knowledge (CPA a plus), analytical and problem solving skills

• 8+ years of accounting or auditing with exposure to accounting/financial reporting from Fortune 500 or high growth firm in the high – tech manufacturing industry preferred 

• Knowledge of MS Office, SAP, ACCPAC and Workiva a plus

• Must be very detail oriented, self-motivated, , deadline-oriented and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• The ability to sustain productivity in a fast-paced environment, maintain composure and focus under pressure and deadline
