Job Summary:

We have an immediate need for a Sr. Hardware Engineer to join our talented hardware design engineering team. Sr. Hardware Engineer will be involved in debugging, testing on server board products, help solve technical issues and run DVT products. As your career progresses, you will have the opportunity to work closely with validation engineers, and other hardware design engineers. We are looking for a self-starter, motivated and talented engineer who have passion for hardware design and engineering. So we expect you to amaze us with your ample knowledge in servers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for power and cost efficient X86 server system architecture and strategy planning, high speed buses devices linking and critical components selection

• Ability to perform schematics capture, BOM generation, debugging and testing on X86 server motherboards

• Responsible to run DVT on products with scopes and testing equipments in meeting design and signal integrity requirement

• Collaborate with validation testing engineers to discover and resolve any design maturity and quality related issues

• Create technical documentation including product specifications, layout instructions, test procedures, etc.

• Transfer products to contract manufacturer with clear documentation, and help technical support to resolve customer issues


• BSEE with 8+ years or MSEE with 6+ years of hands-on experience preferred.

• Knowledge of PCB design, storage system and high-speed signal design experience is strongly desirable

• Familiar with oscilloscope and various serial bus analyzers lab equipment

• System and component debugging skills with strong capability in providing resolutions

• Excellent documentation and communication skills

• Self-motivated team player with ability to lead the project in fast-paced environment

• Familiar with various OS, MATLAB, Verilog and C program languages
