Job Summary:

Supermicro has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our warehouse and distribution centers. This position will oversee the daily processes of the warehouse and may be assigned to one or more areas of focus. As Warehouse Supervisor, you must be a leader with excellent communication skills, drive, and performance quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements
  • Properly receive, stack and store material and/or products per warehouse guidelines
  • Help with OEM and invoice BOM customer orders.
  • Process invoice BOM orders from PDBS for material kitting to production.
  • Assist in completing material kitting and receiving paperwork.
  • Review and submit bi-monthly timecards to HR.
  • Gather data and complete daily and weekly reports for upper management review.
  • Resolve daily inter-department issues and escalations from other departments and customers.
  • Lead and complete annual inventory cycle count.
  • Prevent and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Scan, tape, or lift boxes, and usage of pallet jack or fork lift when needed.
  • Monitor invoice BOM kitting program for errors and resolve.
  • Adhere to company, warehouse policies and procedures.
  • Observe safety and security procedures.
  • Ensure that teams meet productivity standards, including completing work in a timely manner.
  • Additional duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
  • Strong experience with SAP preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years working in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills, MS Excel is preferred.
  • Ability to do basic math calculations.
  • Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness.

  • Standing, walking, sitting, talking/listening, crouching or crawling, reaching with hands and arms
  • Lift, carry, push and pull in excess of 25 pounds
  • Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, climb and balance
