Job Summary:

As GM, Named Account, you are responsible for Telco and other large accounts in EMEA. This individual must be very strong at working cross functionally at all levels of the organization and establishing relationships with senior executives at potential clients. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify key named accounts, lead generation and conversion, engage customers at leadership level.
  • Develop sales strategy and drive a robust and creative sales business plan that meet/exceed new business targets and customer retention objectives. 
  • Contact new and existing customers approved by management to discuss the customers business needs.
  • Learn and emphasize key product features and how they will benefit each customer.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and continue to develop and implement strategies for expanding the customer’s base/business.
  • Continuously seek new opportunities to improve individual performance and effectiveness.
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure we are meeting all customer requirements. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree; technical degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 15  years of sales experience
  • Experience dealing with C level executives and large data centers preferred
  • Deep knowledge in server, storage and management solutions. Knowledge in Cloud data centers and the enterprise IT environment.
  • Great leadership and strong ability of working with and managing people from different groups
  • Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies
  • Great analytic skills in market and industry research
