Field Applications Engineer

If you excel in a fast-paced, challenging, and technically innovative environment while collaborating with customers, then a Supermicro Field Application Engineer (FAE) is the role for you.  As a FAE, you will be the technical face of Supermicro to our customers and act as a valued consultant to understand their usage, influence design choices, and provide creative solutions as they go from product evaluation to system deployment. 

You will also coordinate internal resources and effectively articulate key features and benefits of Supermicro’s broad product portfolio to the customer. In turn you will also provide critical customer feedback to Product Management to enhance future Supermicro products. Strong problem solving, on-site customer support, presentation and communication skills will enable you to be successful in the FAE role.
