Job Summary:

Supermicro Computer is looking for experienced Technical Sales Account Manager to look after the sales opportunities and demonstrate the technical specifications and performances of Supermicro products/solutions versus competition. The role is based in North Africa, for potential work in all EMEA region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

•    Identifying and converting Business Development opportunities across the sector;
•    Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing customers;
•    Understanding, articulating, and selling propositions with your customers;
•    Identifying and managing sales forecasts for your customers;
•    Be able to deal with complex enquiries and sales leads;
•    Achieving sales targets and growth;
•    Understanding, articulating, and selling product and service technical proposals;
•    Providing Strategic Reviews (Internal and External);
•    Negotiating with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in IT and / or business Administration
•    Proven experience of Sales/Business Development specifically 05+ years in the CSP/MSP industry and have the ability to sell and negotiate
•    A consistently high level of quality of work is required to ensure new business opportunities are maximized
•    Have a can-do attitude and be self-motivated with the ability to resolve problems and create solutions
•    Experience of operating both internally and externally
•    Experience of working in a fast paced Sales/Business Development role internationally
•    Initiative and skills in developing, growing and converting business leads and opportunities
•    A consistently high level of quality of work is required to ensure new business opportunities are maximized.
•    Strong team player
•    Prior experience selling technology into corporate accounts
•    Demonstrated ability in the following areas: pre-call planning, opportunity qualification and objection handling, call structure and control, time and territory management
•    Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks
•    Professionalism combined with a passion for creativity
•    Flucence in Arabic/French/English skills

•    Willing to tralvel across the territory.
