Job Summary:

The ideal candidate is required to carry out the daily production test operation on Material Quality Control and PCBA products. The candidate can comprehend the electronic components and accessories date sheet, specifications and apply it to product /material testing. The candidate is expected to perform the necessary duties including developing fixture, test scripts, testing, quality control on material and PCBA products to meet company goal and objectives.

The candidate is able to analyze the complex data, troubleshooting and fault isolation for failed products. Good communication is required, and capable of working in fast pace environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Production process monitoring and assist CM with NPI production stability and ready for final release.
2.Coordinate with function team to improve production yield rate.
3.Familiar with quality control system and ensure product requirement implementation accuracy at CM side.
4.Support function team to perform failure analysis and co-work with RD/ supplier of critical manufacturing issues.
5.Tracking CM/supplier’s improvement report, review feasibility and corrective action execution
6.Professional and skill of PCBA processes (incl. SMT, DIP, Assembly, Testing, Packing…etc.).
7.Professional and skill of electronic components, PCB material, Plastic material, and Mechanical parts.
8.Strong background and experience with Quality Assurance and issue handling.

Qualifications:

• Education and/or Experience: BSEE, BSCS, BSIE, MSEE, MSCS, MSIE with 3-5 years of hands-on experience on PCB assembly process
• Language Skills: English, Mandarin
• Good knowledge of computer or electronic components or devices
• Good knowledge of computer or electronic components testing and inspection​​​​​​​
