Job Summary:

We are looking for a Associate System Debug Engineer to debug and to support customer and other internal deparmtnets for solving puter system issues. In this role, you will work with other departments and provide solutions for the issues and product quality improvement. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Intel low level debugging. Experience using Intel Target Probe (ITP) tool is a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1.    Hands-on to assemble/ de-assemble H100/ H200… high-level SXM GPU server. Testing and analysis of the testing logs. Judge GPU status. Control GPU product’s quality and return bad GPU to vendor.
2.    Record the SN for every swap process. Provide it with the field side system. Maintain table for long term review.
3.    Continuously follow GPU vendor’s guidelines to learn new procedures with HW/ SW tools.  
4.    Works closely with the production/ RMA/ warehouse/ PM… Fulfill their requirement in time.

Qualifications:

1.    A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering is preferred.
2.    Prior experience in server or PC assembly and operation is required. Familiarity with Linux OS operations is preferred.
3.    Must be able to move servers and assist with rack installations. The role requires standing for extended periods to complete system installation tasks.
4.    At least 3 years of engineering experience in PCBA testing and manufacturing is desirable.
