Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with customer and cross function team directly to provide quality service.

2. Reply customer's inquiry in time.

3. Identify issues and analysis to work with teams & suppliers for FA report.

4. Monitor solution implementation and preventative mechanism.

5. Quality data creation/collection and analyzing.

6. Field site products quality control and co-work with worldwide quality team feedback and quality improvement

7. Manage team for the best of product quality

8. Business trip if needed.

Qualifications:

1. BS degree above

2. QC method and experience with quality assurance and issue analysis.

3. Well communication skill and team work.

4. EE and ME technology background.

5. Knowing server / storage / rack computing products.

6. Independence, Diligent, Initiative and positive.
