Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• View CM forecasts, material CTBs and production plans
• Assist and improve CM MBD functional test pass rate >98%
• Monitor and assist CM QBR score >80% quarterly
• Audit CM’s monthly shipment hit rate >90%
• Pay attention to CM production problems and suggestions for improvement
• Assist CM to optimize production technology and improve testing procedures to improve production processes and achieve cost reduction goals.
• NPI stage audits CPW production progress and quality as well as PCBA shipment status. and transfer technology to mass production
• Assist CM in PCBA verification before ECO import
• Assist in emergency handling of CM component exceptions

Qualifications:

•  At least 20 years’ experience as a director or senior account leader
•  Excellent PE production technology experience and management
• More than 20 years of working experience in the IT industry market
• Create and optimize test processing tools to improve yield
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• bachelor’s or master’s degree (Department of Electrical Engineering or Engineering Management)
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Must be able to travel 30% of the time
