Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist LAB in completing the tasks related to the project work and get forward the smooth progress of the projects.
• Handle the company’s internal teams’ requirements (such a inventory, expense application, etc.
• Responsible for ISO audit and related document procedure and management.
• Responsible for Department Training Record and Help New Hire training.
• Help cross-departmental communication and coordination and problem tracking.
  
• Assist the department in purchasing related work.
• Department Meeting management.
• Other matters assigned by the supervisor
• Support new sample build and product pilot run
  
• Support issue and failure analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, business, or other non-engineering major.
• Work experience: At least 3 years of project-related experience is required.
• Independent person and a strong team player.
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Familiar with inventory control tool/program
• Excellent presentation, communication and documentation skills.
• Fluent in English
