Failure Analysis Engineer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Understand SMT/DIP process, and ability to make profile boards and set up thermal profiling.
2. Analyze major defect reasons for PCBA production and provide improvement plan/prevent plan to CM.
3. Tracking improvement plan execution status.
4. Review production SOP and parameters.
5. Review SMT & DIP Profile boards and profile.
6. Basic circuit trouble shooting.

Qualifications:

1. Education and/or Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience is preferred.

2. Language Skills: English, Mandarin.

3. Good knowledge of computer or electronic components or devices is a plus

4. Good knowledge of computer or electronic components testing and inspection is a plus
