Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Firmware Engineer to join our team, focusing on thermal solutions, cooling systems and cooling tower control. This role is crucial for developing and optimizing Firmware solutions that enhance the performance and efficiency of our cooling products. The successful candidate will work on advanced control algorithms, system integration, and Firmware development to ensure our cooling solutions meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement control algorithms for cooling systems and cooling towers to optimize performance and energy efficiency.
2. Design and develop Firmware solutions for monitoring and controlling cooling systems, including cooling towers and liquid-cooled racks.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and product managers, to integrate Firmware solutions with cooling products.
4. Conduct testing and validation of Firmware to ensure reliability and performance under various operating conditions.
5. Analyze and troubleshoot Firmware issues, providing timely resolutions to maintain system uptime and performance.
6. Stay updated with the latest advancements in cooling technologies and Firmware development practices to continuously improve our solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Firmware Engineering, or a related field, Master’s degree prefferd.
2. Proven experience in Firmware development, preferably in the cooling solutions or related industry.
3. Strong programming skills in languages such as C++, Python, or Java
4. Knowledge of industrial control protocols such as Modbus, PLC, and SCADA systems.
5. Familiarity with hardware integration and communication protocols.
6. Experience with control systems, algorithms, and real-time Firmware development.
7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
9. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
