Job Summary:

The Human Resources Generalist manages the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and must be able to carry out responsibilities in the areas of benefits and compensation, HRIS, HR policies and practices, staffing and recruitment and employee relations. Our ideal Human Resources Generalist will possess solid progressive well-rounded human resources experience with exceptional interpersonal skills. They will have the ability to interact with all levels in the company using tact, patience and professional courtesy and demonstrate a sense of urgency and teamwork as well as timely and accurate follow-through.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute internal education and training courses for new hires in the APAC region, including the management, maintenance, and design of online courses.
  • Implement mandatory compliance training courses for new hires in the APAC region and oversee tracking and management.
  • Adhere to training quality management, ensuring the execution of relevant courses complies with audit requirements.
  • Maintain training records and regularly generate various reports for reference in management.
  • Other HR-related duties or projects as assigned by the HR management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, related field required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in developing human resources training for large-scale enterprises.
  • Fluent in English and other language is a plus.
  • Willingness to engage in extensive learning and sharing, with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with senior executives.
