Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute internal education and training courses for new hires in the APAC region, including the management, maintenance, and design of online courses.
- Implement mandatory compliance training courses for new hires in the APAC region and oversee tracking and management.
- Implement LinkedIn Learning training programs for APAC employees, oversee tracking and management.
- Adhere to training quality management, ensuring the execution of relevant courses complies with audit requirements.
- Maintain training records and regularly generate various reports for reference in management.
- Other HR-related duties or projects as assigned by the HR management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, related field required.
- Two or more years of experience in developing human resources training or working in human resources for large enterprises.
- Fluent in English and other language is a plus.
- Willingness to engage in extensive learning and sharing, with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with senior executives.
