Job Summary:

As businesses are increasingly reliant on technology, your role as IT manager is crucial to business continuity and success. This is a management-level role responsible for analyzing and directing all IT related activities of the organization with supervisory responsibilities for all staff assigned to the IT department. This position is accountable for ensuring continuity of computer services for computer users throughout the organization through planning, technical leadership, and project coordination.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Support IT global affairs and responsibility as below:

1. Data Center Infrastructure – Manage power distribution, UPS systems, and cooling/environmental control.

2. Disaster Recovery (DR) – Ensure data center availability and support recovery operations during incidents.

3. AD & Azure AD account & group、Policy、License、Teams

4. Hyper-V Cluster & S2D management and maintenance

5. Other Duties – Perform additional tasks or assignments as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

1. College or bachelor’s degree required

2. Over 7 years experiences in IT field, including data center operations, disaster recovery planning, and enterprise system management.

3. Technical Skills

1. Strong knowledge of Windows Server / Active Directory / Azure AD (account & group automation, policy and license management, Microsoft Teams)
2. Practical experience with Hyper-V Cluster and Storage Spaces Direct (S2D) deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting
3. Familiarity with power distribution, UPS systems, and environmental control in data centers. Understanding of disaster recovery (DR) strategy and execution

4. Strong English proficiency (reading, writing, listening, and speaking)

5. Strong documentation skills, Commercial and business awareness
