Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Support IT global affairs and responsibility as below:

1. 1. IOT Devices: CCTV, door access and conference room systems
   2. AD accounts management
   3. On-Prem server deployment, configuration, maintenance
   4. Business continuity like immediate response capability during outage and recovery
   5. Assist with service ticket processing and tracking
   6. Performs other specific duties or assignments as directed by the supervisor

Qualifications:

1. College or bachelor’s degree required
2. Over 3 years’ experience in IT field is preferred
3. Language skill: Good at read, write, listen and speak in English
4. Well-teamwork and good communication ability
5. Need to be open-minded, aggressive and positive an ability to follow processes
6. Strong documentation skills
7. Good communication skills – both written and verbal
8. Commercial and business awareness
9. CCNA and MCSA are a plus
