Job Summary:

 

We are looking for an experienced liquid cooling product manager to promote and support our customers.

Closely work with engineering teams to review the product specification and design of mechanical, thermal, and system architecture to enable competitive, high-quality liquid cooled server product, early engage with customers to promote liquid cooling solutions.

1. Liquid Cooling Solution promotion, work with marketing and sales team on new liquid cooled server products launch and promotion, face to face meeting with customers to promote liquid cooling solutions

2. Closely work with oversea vendors on liquid cooled server product design and development

3. Lead cross-functional team to ensure time-to-market product launch and on-time delivery

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and market demands. Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the industry.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to build product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and operations to define product requirements, features, and specifications. Drive the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with timelines and quality standards.
  • Customer Focus: Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback, understanding pain points, and translating insights into actionable product improvements. Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive product success.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, including pricing strategies, messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
  •  Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product performance and success. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications. Stay informed about changes in regulations and proactively address compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Overall >10 years of experience in product management, sales, business development and similar techno-commercial roles for liquid cooling / Thermal product offer companies

2. Fluent English

3. International work experience and flexibility to work with global teams in various time zones, the role requires domestic and international travel

4. Strong knowledge in Liquid Cooling, thermal management or HVAC Technology
