Job Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To develop high efficiency, high power density power supply
2. To develop high efficiency, high power density DC to DC converter
3. To develop power shelf, PMC, and BBU
4. To do design review for new project developing stage
5. To do power supply performance and quality improve for existent project
6. To check the 2nd source data/test report and follow up the process of 2nd source implement
7. To do power supply system and RMA issue analysis and improvement
8. Coach and training team member to improve product performance, and develop project on time, keep high quality.

Qualifications:

1. More than 10 years power supply design.
2. Best to have OCP ORV3 Power shelf or ORV3 PSU design skill
3. know CCM, Totem Pole PFC development skill
4.  Battery Backup Unit design skill (Battery charger)
5.  AC input 3 phase PFC development skill
6.  high power Brick DC to DC converter development
7.  RD management experience over 5 years
