Job Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working with key internal and external stakeholders, lead the development of first-class technical marketing content across Supermicro’s product portfolio and for all stages of the sales pipeline; including (but not limited to) brochures, web content, social media, product spec/datasheets, and sales collateral, and video content
• Consult with product managers, system engineers, and other technical staff to gain an in-depth understanding of Supermicro’s products and effectively translate technical features into clear, customer-focused product and solution messaging
• Work directly with key hardware and software partners to maximize promotion of Supermicro as the first choice provider for complete AI, enterprise, and edge solutions.
• Uphold the correctness, clarity, and quality of outward-facing technical marketing content to bolster Supermicro’s position as a Tier 1 provider of complete data center solutions
• Take full ownership of several product portfolios to effectively execute regular product launch and promotion campaigns to drive lead generation and nurture throughout the sales pipeline
• Provide product marketing support for trade shows and other events
• Conduct product, market, and competitor analysis to determine how Supermicro’s portfolio compares to the competition along key buying criteria

Qualifications:

• 4 years of marketing or communications work experience in the technology industry, or 2 years with a graduate qualification in a marketing or technology-related field. Product marketing experience and/or experience in B2B IT/server/networking/AI would be highly regarded
• Genuine interest in the technology industry and/or AI, with the ability to quickly grasp new and complex technical concepts
• High level of English proficiency; Native-level English and the ability to communicate concisely and creatively in written English are essential to succeed in this role
• Proven experience in producing and/or editing English-language marketing content for customer or end-user audiences
• A keen eye for detail; able to produce and review content to a high level of quality and consistency while adhering to strict deadlines
• Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint; Proficiency in PhotoShop, InDesign, Figma or other design software would be highly regarded
• Flexible and positive attitude and able to work well under minimal supervision; Experience working with teams across multiple regions and/or in a global team would be a plus
• Work permit/ARC sponsorship is available for candidates meeting or exceeding the requirements for this role

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
