Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

【Structural Simulation Analysis】

• Develop and analyze 3D models using FEA tools (ANSYS, Abaqus, Nastran).
• Conduct analyses.
• Create and refine 3D models (SolidWorks, Creo).
• Define material properties and boundary conditions.
• Generate high-quality meshes for accuracy.
• Identify stress, deformation, and failure areas.
• Interpret results and assess performance.
• Collaborate with engineers to enhance performance and reduce costs.
• Recommend modifications based on simulations.
• Compare simulations with test data for accuracy.
• Submit weekly reports to the Department Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong foundation in solid mechanics, structural analysis, and FEA (ANSYS, Abaqus, Nastran).
• Proficient in CAD (SolidWorks, Creo); Python is a plus.
• Familiar with injection molding, machining, casting, coating, and printing.
• Background in server, laptop/desktop, or rack development is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
