Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and driven candidate to work in a challenging, fast paced environment developing next generation motherboard to build component library and the PCB via library according to the request from Hardware Design Engineering Department. You will be responsible for the design and development of printed circuit boards for Supermicro products, helping to increase our market share to transform and lead datacenter connectivity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Placement, Layout, Constrain rules set up and Design PCB

• Research, analyze and recommend new PCB materials

• Review artwork, Clean DRC and Gerber out board file

• External layout house evaluation

• Cadence CAD tools maintenance and management

Qualifications:

• Prefer Engineering degree and Drafting courses in Engineering and Mechanical

• Minimum 3 years PCB layout experience preferred

• Deeply familiar with Cadence CAD tools: PCB editor, ORCAD

• Wide knowledge of PCB manufactures, PCB layout, Materials, Signals Integrity and simulation software

• Experienced in high speed signals, high current power and 16+ layers designs

• Excellent organizational skills

• Self-motivated, team player with ability to work in fast-paced environment
