Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build a 10 persons RD team to design and develop battery related power products
• Set up a new lab for RD testing/verification
• Design and help mass production for power products
• Maintain good product quality

Qualifications:

• Education: BS/MS EE, CE, CS, or other engineering fields.
• Design power/battery related products over 5 years.
• Capability to lead design efforts for new UPS project
• Handle multi projects at the same time
• Leadership to lead a team of 5 to 10 RD engineers
