Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a design team of 10 engineers to develop the next generation high-power high-density power supply to power the AI machines.
• New engineering lab setup for RD testing/verification
• Design and develop projects from prototype to mass production
• Enforce rigorous design guidelines to meet the excellent product quality standards

Qualifications:

• Education: BS/MS EE, CE, CS, or other engineering fields.
• Design power/battery related products over 7 years.
• Capability to lead design efforts for new UPS project
• Handle multi projects at the same time
• Leadership to lead a team of 5 to 10 RD engineers
• Prefer to have high power in kilowatts ranges AC/DC power supply development experience
• The UPS project should be changed to "new high-power high-density power supply and power shelf"
