Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Engineer to join our team, focusing on liquid cooling products. This role is crucial for ensuring the effective deployment, maintenance, and optimization of our liquid cooling systems. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise, drive service improvements, and support the development of new service offerings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Lead the deployment and maintenance of liquid cooling systems, including CDUs and cooling towers, in customer facilities.
2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing liquid cooling solutions.
3. Optimize liquid cooling systems for improved performance and energy efficiency.
4. Develop and update service documentation and training materials.
5. Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive service improvement initiatives.
6. Develop advanced diagnostic and predictive maintenance tools, integrating IoT and AI technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in liquid cooling systems or related industry.
• Strong technical skills in liquid cooling systems deployment, maintenance, and optimization.
• Knowledge of diagnostic and predictive maintenance tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
