Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the design, development, and optimization of our cooling tower products. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and customer-focused problem-solving abilities to ensure our products meet the highest standards of efficiency, reliability, and innovation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Product Design and Optimization: Develop and enhance product designs to improve performance and efficiency.
2. Prototyping and Testing: Create prototypes and oversee performance testing to validate design concepts and ensure product reliability.
3. Project Coordination: Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
4. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes and conduct inspections to maintain high product standards.
5. Customer Interaction: Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Research and Innovation: Investigate new materials and technologies to drive product innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
7. Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation to support manufacturing and product development.
8. Manufacturing Support: Provide technical support during production to resolve design-related issues and ensure smooth manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of system or mechanical engineering experience is desirable
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks), knowledge of materials science, and experience with prototyping and testing.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address design and manufacturing challenges.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with customers.
• Innovation: A proactive approach to research and innovation, with a keen interest in integrating new technologies and materials into product designs.

Salary Range

$70,000 - $138,000
