Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage assigned AOM, BPN, and FPB product development projects and support their integration into server/workstation platforms.
2. Lead and coordinate the full product development cycle, including project kickoff, design review, material preparation, validation, Beta/Final Release, ECO, and production support.
3. Work closely with System PM, RD/HW, Lab, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and schedules are met.
4. Define and track product requirements based on system requirements, platform specifications, customer requirements, and project needs.
5. Coordinate validation and qualification activities, including SI/PI, system validation, DVT, and other required testing prior to product release.
6. Track project issues, risks, and action items, and escalate critical issues to management and related teams/vendors when necessary.
7. Support existing projects while taking ownership of new projects in the pipeline, including new AOM, BPN, and FPB development.
8. Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and vendors to resolve technical, schedule, material, and production-related issues.
9. Maintain project documentation and ensure required development and release processes are completed.
10. Provide product and project support to internal teams and customers as needed.

Qualifications:

1. 1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
   2. 3–5+ years of experience in product management, project management, server hardware, PCBA, or related fields is preferred.
   3. Experience managing multiple hardware products/projects through the product development lifecycle, from project kickoff and development to validation, product release, mass production, and end-of-life.
   4. Good understanding of computer/server architecture and hardware components; experience with server PCBA, backplanes, add-on modules, or related hardware products is preferred.
   5. Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and schedules simultaneously.
   6. Experience working with engineering, validation/lab, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, vendors, and other cross-functional teams.
   7. Experience working in a large or structured organization is preferred, with the ability to follow established processes, procedures, and project deadlines.
   8. Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
   9. Self-motivated and able to independently track project status, identify risks, drive action items, and escalate critical issues when necessary.
