Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute OEM Server Products Release from RFI/RFQ through, NPI to MP till EOL stage.
• Leverage existing resources for customized OEM products and meet customer’s development schedule.
• Identify and provide best solution for channel, datacenter, strategy customers…etc with customized features.
• Communicate effectively with internal design team and customers for technical and quality issues.
• Lead cross-function teams for sustaining supports like Customer voice, production issue, RMA, Failure Analysis, ECO implementations…etc.
• Ability to manage multiple products and manufacturing related issues
• Able to travel WW for short-term as business requirement.
• Support Sale/FAE to promote company products with product promotion proposal that drive business opportunity.
• Ability to work independently and drive operation excellent.

Qualifications:

• Education: BS/MS EE, CE, CS, or other engineering fields.
• 5+ years product management experience in Sever OEM/ODM business with key account proven track record or 8+ years equivalent practical experience
• Strong business management skills with the ability to plan and implement strategic and tactical programs.
• Strong knowledge in Server design, validation, manufacture process, include but not limited to H/W, FW, S/W.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Well understanding Server BOM hierarchical from L1 to L12 and Datacenter requirement
• Good team player with can do attitude.
• Experience in CM, Channel business is plus.
• Fluent in English (write and speak)
