Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1.   Collaborate with the R&D team to optimize manufacturing and NPI processes at CMs.
2.   Balance the workload of Production Engineers across all CMs.
3.   Work with the Test Engineering (TE) team to ensure comprehensive testing coverage for new products.
4.   Utilize product specification databases to efficiently develop packaging solutions.
5.   Design modular production processes (DFM) to facilitate inspection and maintenance.
6.   Engage with R&D, Software, and TE teams early in the development cycle to ensure testing readiness.
7.   Support the release of testing packages to CMs and follow up on related issues.
8.   Coordinate with the Manufacturing Engineering (ME) team to resolve CM-related issues.
9.   Experience with CAM350, CAMPro550, and Valor NPI for setting DFM check rules.
10. Experience with DFMA for establishing DFMA check rules.

Qualifications:

1. Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Science, or Information Engineering.
2. Language Proficiency:Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
3. Technical Tooling Skills:
    Proficient in layout inspection using Allegro.
    Experienced with CAM350 and CAMPro for Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) analysis.
    Familiar with Design for Testability (DFT) tools.
    Skilled in using diagnostic instruments such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers for defect analysis and troubleshooting.
4. oftware and Scripting Skills:
    Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems.
    Capable of writing and modifying basic Unix shell scripts and batch files.
