Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• BV Buy Part Server (L6 or higher) Order Fulfilment (Order type in, follow up output and release shipment, clear out bottle neck when necessary)
• Monitor and follow up closely with internal departments and/or production schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate server order/demand communication across different departments and expedite demand fulfilment.
• Review and monitor order status and sales FCST and assist to plan material requirements and ensure the flow of materials for ongoing production as well as for new products in development.
• BV’s SYS and KC attach rate monitor and elicit action plans as needed.
• Component order fulfilment for BV Make Part.
• Other projects and tasks may be assigned based on business needs.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years purchasing and planning related working experience.
• Experienced in MRP/ ERP/ SAP and supply chain management.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Language skills: Good in English (Listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Strong communication, negotiation, customer service skills.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Stress resistant. Can work under pressure & challenges.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
