Job Summary:

The RMA Shipping Clerk that can work closely with customer service and shipping team collaboratively to meet customers' demand on a daily basis is who we are looking for. This position will need to follow work instructions in order to carry out the assignments correctly to meet tight schedules. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Daily Order Arrangement.

- Consolidate and verify the shipping arrangement based on order confirmation.

- Confirm order status and schedule to Packing/Trucking team.

- Book with SMC or customer forwarder & prepare shipping documents for customs process.

- Truck arrangement for pick-up schedule. - Customs affairs with forwarder or customs broker.

- File & maintain shipping document and records.

2. Co-work with Receiving/Inventory team at Warehouse/ Logistics /Production /Sales and other depts for shipping demand.

3. Timely response to urgent request, deal with abnormal orders & shipment return.

4. Support RMA process.

Qualifications:

1. Strong communication and management skills.

2. Detail oriented and good time management.

3. Independent person and also a strong team player.

4. Microsoft Office knowledge.

5. Fluent in English.

6. Have experience as shipping position, understood INCO term 2020 also the import/export procedure.

7. Be able to work under pressure and urgent situation.

Salary Range

NTD 35000以上
