Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Visual inspect products prior to testing

2. Tests and identifies defective area(s) and inputs information into RMA repair database 3. Executes ECO upgrade

4. Follow supervisor's instruction and testing procedures

5. Adhere to standard testing procedures and schedule to meet daily demand and quality 6. Work efficiently in a fast paced production environment

7. Adhere to company and production department's policies and procedures

8. Perform other duties, as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

1. Vocation or college certificate or equivalent work experience

2. Basic knowledge of PC, System and Server operation and troubleshooting

3. Familiarity with Window or Linux

4. Ability to use diagnostic hand tools

5. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

6. Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude

7. Strong work ethic
