Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review employee expense claims to ensure information is correct and complies with company policy.
• Assist the AP team with entering vendor invoices, obtaining approvals, and processing payment runs, as needed.
• Ensure that business expenses are processed timely, and accurately and are properly entered into the accounting system.
• Contract review and related report preparation.
• Prepare financial disclosure-related reports.
• Financial Project assignment

Qualifications:

• B.S. or B.A in Accounting or Finance
• 3 years of auditing experience in a top audit firm
• Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting-related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good at English
