Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

1.Engages closely with product management to bring quality technical support, product development support , and ECO implementation on time.

2.Work directly with customers to resolve technical issues including hardware, software, BIOS, and peripherals.

3.Identify technical issues and resolve computer hardware & software problems.

4.Establish and maintain lines of communication with sales team to discuss services and technical issues.

5.Provide service to effectively resolve customer concerns and issues

6.Acts as the product expert, with deep technical understanding, engaging with both the product support team and development team to provide correct product solutions to customers.

Qualifications:

1.Minimum 4+ years of technical support experience in the Embedded/IoT market

2.Proactive self-starter approach to work with R&D, PM, and customers to come up with comprehensive solution to customers on time.

3.Advanced and wide knowledge of embedded/IoT hardware platform, BIOS, I/O connectivity, peripheral, and software to duplicate and identify technical issues.

4.Highly analytical, patient, detail oriented, organized, and perfect team player.
