Job Summary:

Production Engineer is responsible for facilitate improvement projects and Kaizen (Rapid Continuous Improvement) events to eliminate waste and increase efficiencies in various functional areas of the manufacturing processes (manufacturing processes, yield improvements and cycle time improvements). The position will require skill sets to break down complex operations with a process oriented mindset, analyze and assist in the implementation of the plants strategic plan, provide project management support, employee training and development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. 設備調機/測試/填寫自主檢查表。Equipment setup/testing/completing the self-inspection form.

2. 設備/機台配線、施工、送電與IO訊號點檢測試。Equipment/machine wiring, installation, power supply, and I/O signal inspection and testing.

3. 提供電控方案,解決元器件安裝/佈線/調試中的技術問題 ,開發機投產試組裝製作,複製機參予協助製造。We provide electrical control solutions, resolving technical issues in component installation, wiring, and debugging; we develop and assemble production trial units; and we assist in manufacturing replication equipment.

4. 編制電控相關技術文檔 如電路圖/做線佈線資料/作業指導書/簡易故障排除手冊/設備點檢表。Compile electrical control related technical documents, such as circuit diagrams, wiring and cabling data, work instructions, simple troubleshooting manuals, and equipment inspection checklists.

5. 負責自動化設備 PLC 程式設計、人機介面（HMI）開發、測試及修改。Responsible for PLC programming, human-machine interface (HMI) development, testing, and modification of automated equipment.

6. 規劃設備電控架構、控制流程及 I/O 配置。Plan the equipment's electrical control architecture, control process, and I/O configuration.

7. 伺服馬達、變頻器、感測器及各類控制元件整合與參數設定。Integration and parameter setting of servo motors, frequency converters, sensors and various control components.
8. 建立電料 BOM、協助零件選型及採購規格確認 Establish electrical material BOMs, assist in component selection, and confirm procurement specifications.

9. 2D/3D圖面Review。2D/3D drawing review

10. 專案跟進並確認規格與數量是否合乎現場需求。Follow up on the project and confirm whether the specifications and quantities meet the on-site requirements.

11. 產品機構驗證與量產導入及試作生產設備問題解決。Product structure verification and mass production introduction and trial production equipment problem solving.

Qualifications:

工作經歷

相關自動化設備程式軟體工作經驗五年以上

重點工作技能

1. 自動化系統設計整合、自動化機構裝配。
2. 自動化設備／系統介面之維護改善、規劃、維護自動控制系統。
3. 工程協調與問題處理、工程驗收資料管理。 

其他條件

1. 電機工程、自動控制、機電整合等相關科系畢業。
2. 具備 PLC / HMI/ C# / C++ 等程式語言開發經驗。
3. 熟悉電控基本原理、控制迴路及工業配線。
4. 能閱讀及繪製電路圖、控制迴路圖。
5. 具設備試車、故障分析及異常排除能力(FAE)。
6. 具良好溝通協調能力，能與機構、軟體及製造部門合作完成專案。
7. 熟悉台達（Delta AS 系列）、三菱（Mitsubishi）、Keyence、Omron 或 Siemens PLC。
8. 具EtherCAT、Modbus、EtherNet/IP、Profinet 等工業通訊整合經驗。
9. 熟悉伺服控制、步進控制、氣壓控制及 Vision 系統整合。
10. 具 Robot（UR、FANUC、ABB、EPSON 等）整合經驗。
11. 熟悉 EPLAN 或 AutoCAD Electrical 電控設計。 具自動化設備、組裝機、檢測機或 AOI 設備開發經驗。
