Sr. Chemistry / Materials Engineer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on the properties of cooling liquids and wet materials to ensure their performance meets company and client requirements.

• Collaborate cross function teams and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and meet expected standards.

• Operate and maintain relevant testing equipment for material property testing.

• Design and implement experiments, analyze experimental data, and write reports, providing improvement recommendations.

• Collaborate on material testing to evaluate the performance of cooling liquids under different conditions and environments.

• Support the development of new products and the improvement of existing products, providing technical support and professional advice.

• Define the standard processes based on the risk analysis and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience, with a background in cooling liquid property research and analysis preferred.
• Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of relevant testing equipment, such as chromatographs, viscometers, and spectrometers.
• Strong experimental design and data analysis skills, with the ability to independently write technical reports.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and team collaboration skills.
• Good command of English, with experience in technical documentation preferred.
