Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The responsibilities will include, but not limited to
- Act as the business owner and leader to drive large cross-functional teams to deliver innovative customer solutions for company revenue growth.
- Lead the product management team, shaping product direction and translating customer and market needs into technical requirements and enablement programs.
- Serve as the executive technical advisor for key customers and channel partners, guiding solution architecture discussions and leading executive-level engagements.
- Manage complex and dynamic relationships with large technology partners to influence direction and deliverables.
- Champion technology enablement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and time-to-market across global product lines.
- Partner closely with R&D, engineering, supply chain, and sales organizations to ensure successful go-to-market execution and solution readiness.
- Build and mentor a high-performing enablement organization, establishing best practices, KPIs, and governance frameworks for project delivery and customer success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science preferred.
- 15+ years’ experience in the IT product or semiconductor industry with experience in at least one of the following roles: development management, architecture, technology/solution enablement, technical product/program/project management, FAE, technology alliance, or business development
- Experience in GPU based accelerated computing is highly desired
- Business and customer engagement experience is strongly desired
- Excellent customer/partner relationship management, negotiation, and influence skills
Strong executive presence with a track record of leading successful landings - Strong leadership – able to manage multi-functional teams with high efficiency, able to resolve complex issues and deliver results under stringent deadlines
- Solid communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to communicate with high level (preferably C-level executive) clients effectively
