Sr. Failure Analysis Engineer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Co-work with RD and customer execution production defective PCBA boards repair and come out report.
2. Defective boards debugging, analysis and repair in NPI build and HVM. Summary analysis status to customer.
3. Transfer and training factory how repair or debug defect boards.
4. Perform failure analysis of defective boards and co-work with RD and customer for critical NG symptoms.
5. Come out failure analysis report, repairing document.
6. Monitor product production status. And co-work with RD and PM get relative data.
7. Co-work other team finish NPI production. And tracking and record other member status.
8. Check production status before start production
9. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
10. Join a customer meeting.

Qualifications:

1. Education and/or Experience: BSEE, MSEE with over 3 years of working experience on PCBA repair, PC/Server assembly and failure analysis
2. Language Skills: English, Mandarin
3. Good knowledge of computer/server operation and electronic components/devices
4. Good knowledge of basic electronics circuit fundamentals
5. Good soldering and desoldering skill, familiar to BGA rework will be better.
6. Good knowledge of computer/server testing and inspection
7. Good operation software skills in Windows and Linux
8. Demonstrated skill in the electronic circuit analysis and troubleshooting.
9. Capable on teamwork and self-motivated hard work with a positive attitude.
