Job Summary:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute verification test plans and test cases for server systems (including motherboards, power supplies, storage, network interfaces, etc.).
- Lead hardware functional verification, compatibility testing, stress testing, stability testing, and reliability testing.
- Analyze test results, write detailed verification reports, and propose improvement suggestions.
- Work closely with R&D, firmware, software, and quality assurance teams to track and resolve issues discovered during the verification process.
- Establish and optimize verification processes, testing tools, and automated testing environments.
- Evaluate verification strategies for new technologies and platforms (such as next-generation CPUs, memory, and storage interfaces).
- Guide and train junior and mid-level verification engineers to improve the team's overall verification capabilities.
- Assist in developing product verification standards and quality thresholds to ensure compliance with industry and customer specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in server, workstation, or related hardware product verification, including at least 3 years of senior or leadership experience.
- Familiar with server architectures (x86, ARM, etc.), BIOS/UEFI, BMC, IPMI, PCIe, NVMe, DDR, and other technologies.
- Experience with complete verification and testing processes; able to independently plan test plans and write test reports.
- Strong problem analysis and debugging skills; able to communicate effectively and coordinate across departments.
- Excellent English reading and writing skills; able to read and write technical documents.
- Experience in server OEM/ODM or system integration.
- Familiar with automated testing frameworks or script writing (Python, Shell, etc.).
- Experience leading large-scale project verification or mass production implementation.
- Familiar with quality management systems (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.) or related certifications.
- Experience in project management or team leadership.
