Sr. Manufacturing Process Engineer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Review and abide by all Company policies in the latest revision of the Employee Handbook. 
2. Comply with all terms and conditions of any applicable employment agreement.
3. Responsible for the process output and quality yield (overall process from SMT to testing); need to perform risk assessment and cooperate with function teams for quality control.
4. Cooperation with cross function team to ensure smooth model ramp up.
5. Basic knowledge about PCBA process and testing. Guide CM to enhance inspection coverage.
6. Take lead of function failure analysis and CAPA execution.
7. Support quality improvement events to plan and validate corrective action result.
8. Test environment and operation method optimization to pursuit comprehensive and high efficiency output.
9. Basic circuit troubleshooting and analysis is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Education and/or Experience: BSEE, BSCS, MSEE, MSCS with 3-5 years of hands-on experience on PCB assembly process or related fields.
• Language Skills: English, Mandarin
• Familiar with basic operations of DraftSight, autoCAD or Autodesk Inventor (3D).
• Good knowledge of computer or electronic components testing and inspection is a plus
