Job Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Co-work with many different departments across various product lines, including power supplies, computer systems, power distribution units, and rack solutions.
2. Collaborate with different departments to understand their overarching system requirements, integrating multiple products seamlessly to meet market needs effectively.
3. Offer tailored solutions that encompass power supply products, computer systems, power distribution units, and rack configurations, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
4. Conduct in-depth assessments of customer environments, identifying opportunities for cross-product integration to enhance efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
5. Conduct rigorous testing and validation of integrated systems to ensure seamless operation and adherence to performance standards.
6. Provide expert troubleshooting support to customers facing complex issues related to integrated systems comprising power supplies, computer systems, power distribution units, and rack solutions. Utilize comprehensive knowledge of each component's functionality and interaction to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing system performance. Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams and third-party vendors as necessary to address root causes and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
2. Proven experience in technical support or field application engineering roles, preferably in the electronics or power supply industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of power supply products, computer systems, power distribution units, and rack solutions, including their design principles, functionalities, and integration considerations.
4. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues across multiple product lines.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in technical documentation and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
8. Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail, capable of identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
9. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations relevant to power supplies, computer systems, and related equipment.
10. Strong track record of job stability and commitment, with a demonstrated history of long-term employment or consistent career progression.

Salary Range

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
