Job Summary:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Product and Process Audits: Conduct audits to evaluate compliance with established QA standards. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to QA processes. Create and manage quality records and reports. - Testing and Inspection:
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts. Conduct inspections and testing activities to ensure product quality. - Defect Tracking and Resolution:
Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution. Work with development teams to address and fix quality issues. - Continuous Improvement:
Monitor and analyze QA performance metrics. Suggest and implement continuous improvement initiatives. - Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
Identify potential risks to product quality and implement mitigation strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address risks. - Supplier Quality Management:
Evaluate and manage the quality of materials and components from suppliers. Establish and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers. - Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with development, production, and other departments to integrate QA into the overall process. Collaborate on problem-solving and process improvement initiatives. - Root Cause Analysis:
Conduct root cause analysis for defects and quality issues. Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. - Reporting and Communication:
Prepare and present QA reports to management. Communicate QA status and issues to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher education level.
- Strong track record of job stability and commitment, with a demonstrated history of long-term employment or consistent career progression.
- Proficiency in quality management and assurance for electronic products.
- Understanding of electronic product manufacturing processes and testing techniques, with preferable experience in power supply aspects. Capable of identifying potential process quality risks and providing suggestions for process improvement to enhance product quality.
- Inspection and testing skills: Proficient in effective inspection and testing techniques, able to utilize relevant testing tools and equipment, and familiar with various testing methods and standards.
- Data analysis capability: Able to collect, analyze, and evaluate quality-related data. Possess statistical analysis skills to identify potential quality issues and improvement opportunities.
- Problem-solving skills: Capable of swiftly identifying and resolving quality issues during the production process. Demonstrates strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to collaborate with production, engineering, and other relevant departments. Possesses leadership and coordination abilities to lead quality teams effectively.

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
